Mishkaki

mishkaki




mishkaki is a swahili word for grilled skewed meat, one to two kg of beef, chicken, or lamb marinated with lemon ginger paste, garlic paste, tamarind paste, curry powder, spices black paper and salt to taste, along with kachumbari, serve with chapati, rice, ugali, potato chips, ndizi choma or cold drinks mishkaki can be eaten as an appetizer or main course.
